Welcome to Tahoe House 1555. Situated in a friendly neighborhood on the lakeside of the highway, 5 minute walk to Lake Tahoe & private HOA Beach, and Sunnyside Bar. Ideal location for both summer & winter activities, 2 miles from Tahoe City, close to ski areas, hiking & biking trails, shops & restaurants. The space We also own the house next door (1535 Tahoe Park Ave) so if you have a larger group and would like to have two houses next door to each other please let us know. Absolutely no parties or large gatherings are permitted. A bright open floor plan, with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, accommodates 6-8 people. The large sunny deck is equipped with BBQ, patio furniture & the back yard has a private hot tub. The furnishings, HDTVs, Roku, YouTubeTV, Sonos whole-house audio, and Airplay-ready audio system offer the comforts of home away from home. The house is also completely Alexa-enabled so you can use voice to operate the virtual concierge as well as the smart home system. The house also includes high-speed internet access and wifi. Children are welcome and the inclusion of a port-a-crib and booster seat, plus plenty of toys & games, make it a very child friendly vacation rental. The property includes access to the Tahoe Park private beach with 2 piers, BBQs, picnic tables, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, lawn and playground for children. Please note our home is strictly an animal-free zone due to severe pet allergies Guest access You will have access to the entire house. We have a smart door lock and will provide you a pin code 5 days before your arrival.
