The space The three-room apartment in Villa Perla that we provide has a double bedroom with a standard bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a living room/kitchen where there is a trundle bed for two additional beds, and a bathroom with shower. On the front of the house, with a spectacular sea view, you can have a porch for exclusive use and fully equipped with a table and chairs to dine in the cool garden, enjoying the superlative sea view as well as sun loungers. Two barbecues and two outdoor showers complete the outdoor services and are shared with the guests of the other two apartments in the villa. At the back of the house, you will have a laundry room with a washing machine shared with other guests. Adjacent to the entrance of the villa, there are three covered parking spaces, one per apartment. Guest access The apartment has a private garden overlooking the sea in front of its porches, equipped and furnished with care, two barbecue areas and two outdoor showers on the sides of the villa are available to guests of the three apartments, as well as a laundry room with washing machine and three covered parking spaces, one for each house, 20 meters from the entrance of the house. Other things to note We provide our guests on the beach below the villa (Straccoligno Beach) with two sun loungers and an umbrella and canoes for free use. The sunbeds can be taken from private land directly bordering the beach and stored in the appropriate space at the end of use and should not be left unattended on the beach, as with the canoes.
