It is equipped with a myriad of amenities including a queen-sized bed, seating area, AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe & an attached balcony. It opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with a geyser, towels and basic toiletries. BEDROOM 2 This is a spacious, well-furnished bedroom on the ground floor that offers a beautiful view of the surrounding gardens and pool. It is equipped with a myriad of amenities including a queen-sized bed, seating area, AC, TV, Wi-Fi and a wardrobe. It opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with a geyser, towels and basic toiletries. All bathrooms offer geysers, towels and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM Upon entrance, you will be welcomed to an open courtyard paving the way to the private swimming pool and lawn area. To your right is a spacious, air-conditioned living room embellished with spectacular artwork and offers Wi-Fi, AC, wired music system and a CCTV camera. It offers couch-style seating ideal for up to 11 people and an attached dining area for 8 people. TV ROOM A TV room, adjacent to the bedroom on the ground floor, is located on the opposite side of the living room. It is equipped with a music system, widescreen television, speakers, AC and a sofa bed. TERRACE As you walk up the stairs to the upper level of the house, you will find an open, furnished terrace LAWN & COURTYARD The courtyard on the ground floor features cosy sit-outs and a bar counter for up to 4 people. The well-manicured lawn is 1000 sq. ft. in size. It also features a volleyball net and archery. There is a well-appointed lawn and an attached furnished glass gazebo complete with a TV. POOL A few steps from there is the private swimming pool with pool loungers. The pool is 42x21 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. Please note that the guests have access to the pool from 8 AM to 9 PM. KITCHEN Guests do not have access to the kitchen. It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. The villa has a private entrance. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note HANDPICKED EXPERIENCES Promising to be a delightful getaway in the coastal town of Alibaug, The Leaf is brimming with a host of soulful experiences. Within the property, guests can enjoy a splash in the private swimming pool and relax on the pool loungers. Take a lazy stroll on the lawn, enjoy a competitive game of volleyball, table tennis, darts, golf, cricket, archery and more, and soak in the light breeze. Gather your loved ones, sip on your favourite cocktails and put on some music. While indoors, play classic games such as Pictionary, carrom, table tennis, ludo, scrabble, and monopoly. Put on your favourite movies and binge away shows in the glass gazebo, right beside the pool. Relish a delectable barbecue spread and end the evening with a night of stargazing. ADD-ON SERVICES - All meals can be provided at an additional cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per session. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa. - Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.
