The space This luxury apartment has a magnificent bedroom with a king size bed along with an impressive 5-star hotel quality ergonomic mattress for a comfortable night's sleep. From the bedroom you have access to a balcony with breathtaking views of the cathedral of Toledo! In the living room we have a very comfortable 150*190 sofa/bed, 50-inch Smart TV and a fully equipped modern kitchen to make you feel at home. We also provide a five-stage water filtration system giving you unlimited drinking water (no more running to the supermarket to buy heavy bottles of water). We also can't forget the bathroom with brand-new high-quality fixtures, a large walk-in shower, and hotel quality amenities. A Bluetooth sound system in the bathroom also allows you access to your favorite music. A newly installed premium air conditioning system along with new insulated windows allows for an even more pleasant stay during the hot summer months and the cold winter. Guest access - Access to the roof-top terrace is provided exclusively to guests occupying the units (no outside guests please). We will provide you with a four-digit code in order to open the door. Roof-top opening hours: Spring/Summer 9:00 to 23:00 Autumn/winter 09:00 to 22:00 Please be aware of slippery and icy conditions during the cold winter months. Other things to note - The terrace is for communal use. Out of respect for all other guests, please wear proper attire while you are using the space. - If you move the tables and chairs, please put them back in their place. - If you bring dishes up from your apartment, take them down again. - Don't leave your food or trash behind when you leave. - Enjoy the view without climbing the furniture and leaning on the glass railing; these acts are dangerous and can result in serious injury and financial loss.
