This authentic Istrian stone house is located in the village of Zgrabljići, not far from Sveti Lovreč and 10 km from Poreč and the beach. The house was built at the beginning of the 20th century and was completely renovated in the original Istrian style in 2006. It is located in its own garden with a well-kept lawn, a 24m2 swimming pool, deckchairs, a covered terrace with sitting set, a barbecue with a bread oven, and private parking for 2 cars. The space Casa Celeste accommodates 4 guests and has a total area of 90 m², spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa and fireplace, a dining table, and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, as well as another bedroom with twin beds and a private bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms offer a beautiful panoramic view. This rustic-style holiday home is ideal for families with children. 1 pet is welcome. The house is partially air-conditioned, and Wi-Fi is available to guests. Other things to note Additional charges that are not included in the accommodation price and must be paid in cash upon arrival: Security deposit: EUR 200. The security deposit is payable upon arrival at the house and will be refunded upon departure after the property has been inspected and it has been confirmed that no damage has occurred. Pets: 1 pet is allowed. Please indicate when making the reservation if you are travelling with a pet. Pet fee: EUR 10 per day. Due to the peaceful surroundings, the villa is not suitable for parties. Therefore, the arrival of young groups is not permitted.
