Our apartments are elegant, modern, comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need to live. Inside it is luxurious (including bathrobes), clean and comfortable like a five-star hotel, and at the same time cozy and safe like at home. The space Our apartments are located in the Mennica Residence building, which was inspired by a trip to New York - the Everest of luxury residential towers. The building is monitored 24 hours a day by security, which ensures your peace and safety during your stay. In the APARTMENT, you will find free water, coffee and tea, and you can also use the mini bar - these are just some of the amenities we have prepared especially for you. Our apartments are prepared for 1, 2, 3 or 4 people. If you want to come with friends or family, it is possible to accommodate a maximum of 12 people in 3 separate apartments, on one floor so that you are not too far from each other. If you decide to stay longer (min. 3 months), we give you the opportunity to use the Fitness area where there is a jacuzzi, saunas: dry and steam, gym, squash and basketball room or cinema room. In the LIVING ROOM there is a Smart TV with Netflix and free channels, a comfortable, fold-out sofa (160x200), a table where you can drink coffee or tea, a table with chairs and a kitchenette equipped with all the necessary kitchen accessories and household appliances, including an induction cooker, oven, kettle, fridge with freezer, glasses, cups, cutlery, plates, pots and pans, etc. We also did not forget about a corkscrew for wine or pepper and salt - all to make you feel at home. From the living room there is an exit to the balcony, where you can sit comfortably and admire the sunset or street life. In the BEDROOM there is a large, comfortable and very comfortable bed, wardrobe and bedside lamps. We make sure that the bedding prepared for you is always fresh, soft and fragrant, and that the spacious wardrobes can accommodate any amount of your luggage. The apartment is equipped with an ironing board, iron and clothes dryer. In the BATHROOM there are fluffy, fragrant towels for both body, hands and feet. We have shampoo, body wash and toilet paper for you. We also provide a hair dryer with various hair styling tips. If you want to use the washing machine, you will also find washing capsules there. WI-FI In each of our apartments, we guarantee a fast and free connection to the WI-FI network. Guest access We have prepared a delicious breakfast for you at a nearby restaurant - prior reservation is required. If you come to us by car, for an additional fee we have a parking space for you in an underground, monitored parking lot, from which you will enter the elevator directly to the door of your apartment. Other things to note In our Apartments, you will pick up the key according to the check-in instructions you receive, which are sent on the day of check-in, or you will meet a person who will help you check in easily. Paid parking outside the premises (street) is valid from 8 am to 8 pm from Monday to Friday. During other hours, street parking is free. Parking space is not guaranteed. A parking space in the monitored underground garage costs PLN 90/day. Advance booking is required - please contact the facility staff. The fitness area is available for guests with a reservation of more than three months. After entering the apartment, to turn on the electricity in the entire apartment - at the door, please use the switches next to the blue "main switch" card. They turn the electricity on and off throughout the apartment.
