French Nest @ Baguio

Bienvenue! Fresh from its annual maintenance, French Nest @ Baguio is the perfect option to maximize your time and budget. It's prime yet quiet location (3-minute walk from Session Road) affords you to relax while in the middle of tourist attractions and institutions (DFA - Baguio, UB, NBI, etc). The cozy French-country themed unit is laced with IG-worthy spots. Amenities provided were carefully thought of for ease of guests. It will feel like home the moment you step into the property. The space Inspired by the nonchalant and relaxed atmosphere of the South of France, our space is designed with country French theme. This 24sqm condominium unit has a living room and kitchen that can comfortably host a small group. A rightly-sized bedroom with a double-sized bed (1.4x2.1m) was made for added privacy. The bedroom has sliding glass windows that are adorned with teal green French louvers. The living room has a single-sized sofa bed (0.96x1.6m) with a pullout single bed (0.91x1.54m). The kitchen is provided with the basics such as – refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave oven, electric kettle and dining ware. Passing the time in the homey feel of the unit and just bonding with your company is a good option as cable TV and wifi are subscribed for entertainment. Guest access The guest has to be compliant with existing Baguio City entry protocols. The Unit Administrator will meet you in the lobby at the agreed check in time and will assist you with the registration process. After which, you will be guided to the unit and handed the elevator key card and room keys. As guests, you will have access to the rooftop view deck at the 6th floor or while the time at the lobby. Other things to note It is the guests' responsibility to be informed and to ensure compliance with the existing entry protocols of Baguio City. With the enforcement of No QTP, No Entry policy of Baguio City, it is the guests' responsibility to be able to register at the Visita website. Also, non-compliance to entry protocols resulting in denial of entry by Baguio authorities will not result in a refund. We enjoin our guests to strictly observe health/sanitation protocols during your stay to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 - 1. Please maintain cleanliness of the unit throughout your stay 2. Please put your trash in the trash can, avoid littering in the unit 3. To minimize contact with the host, guests are recommended to thoroughly check the unit and its amenities at check in so that issues will be addressed immediately. The host does not stay in the building. ======================== 1. Our unit is located in the 2nd basement of the building. However, it is not at all dark and gloomy. The clearance between our window and the boundary wall is not roofed, so while your "view" is a concrete wall, you can see the Baguio's skies above :) 2. The unit is not air-conditioned and may not be necessary given the cool climate of Baguio. However, desk fans are provided should you need them in warmer months 3. Guests at least 10 years old are considered adults 4. Please help conserve energy - electricity and water. Especially make sure that all appliances are turned off/unplugged before leaving the unit 5. We may assist in getting you an overnight parking slot in the building (please check current rates with us, subject to availability of parking slot). Please provide vehicle details for us to make a reservation. 6. Cleaning of the unit will be done by the guests throughout. 7. Lost key cards and lost keys will be charged 700php each 8. Towels and bed linens will be provided for the number of paying guests 9. Flat iron is available upon request 10. Portable/personal type heater available upon request 11. Mobile phone signal is intermittent inside the unit. To make up for it we have installed a 10mbps wifi to keep you in touch. Tip: Signal is quite strong by the window. 12. Face masks are available in the unit at reasonable prices
