Just a few steps from the Arkansas river, next to the boat ramp and the SteamPlant Event Center (very convenient if you are attending a wedding or other event!) and close to the many Salida restaurants (the Boathouse restaurant is next door, Sweeties bakery and The Biker and the Baker are across the street, all within a short 30-second walk!), shops, galleries, river park etc. Enjoy all the outdoors activities like biking, hiking, kayaking, rafting, tubing, fishing, zip lining, jeep rides and in the winter season skiing and tubing at the Monarch ski area (just a short 25-minute ride), snowmobiling and much more. Enjoy the mountain views from the balcony (on the sunny side of the building!) or from the rooftop patio with a grill and extra seating area. The two spacious master suites (one with a king bed, one with a queen bed) each have a separate bathroom, a large walk-in closet and each has an extra flat screen TV. The River Side Park and River walk are within a 1-minute walk. There is covered parking for one car in the basement (use parking space "F", not suitable for large trucks!).
