Located a short 5 minute walk to the bus and 10 minute walk down to the mountain base, our home boasts five bedrooms, allowing up to 11 people to sleep comfortably, while four full bathrooms ensure that you never have to share a bathroom with more than two other people. The free shuttle bus stop is just a short 5 minute downhill walk, and the lifts, restaurants, and shops at the base area are just 10 minute downhill walk from the front door. Our home is fully furnished to ensure that you and your family and friends can spend your time enjoying Crested Butte rather than worrying about your lodging. As shown on our parking plan, we have plenty of space for up to 4 vehicles to park outside the house. Due to the additional mud, dirt and mess that comes with living in the mountains where dirt roads and snow are the norm, we ask that you please park your vehicles outside to avoid creating a mess in the garage. If you would like to park in the garage, however, we will automatically add a $150 fee to your booking to account for the additional cleaning required. We like to speak with every guest before their stay to ensure that we are able to meet all of your expectations. Our property manager will greet you in person on arrival to explain how things work and answer any questions you may have. Our home is located in a small community of high-end private homes at the top of of Signal Hill, directly across Gothic Road from the main base area of Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Although there is plenty of parking available for up to four vehicles at the house, you may not even need a car! Our home is just a short 5 minute downhill walk to the closest free bus stop (it runs every hour during the winter), and a 10 minute downhill walk to the main base area. Note that the walk back to the house will involve some walking uphill. We have timed the walk from the base to the house ourselves and found that we can do it easily in 10 minutes, but your mileage may vary. The base nightly rental rates shown are for up to 5 guests staying in our home. For each additional guest above 5, there is a $35 per guest, per night, fee charged. This fee is to offset the additional cleaning and wear and tear that occurs with larger groups, and to help ensure that smaller groups are not paying substantially more per person than larger groups.
