The condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with the master suite equipped with a king bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed and a twin bed. Air conditioning is in all 3 bedrooms and in open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas. The space The condo provides free Wi-Fi speeds of 415/55 mbps with a comfortable desk area, a washing machine and dryer in the condo, smart TVs in bedroom and living room, air conditioning in every bedroom and open-concept kitchen, dinging and living room, a small cooler, beach chairs, beach blanket, beach towels, a basketball, tennis and pickleball rackets and balls, outdoor/beach games, board games, and a fully equipped kitchen for your culinary needs, featuring major appliances like a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, and microwave. You will also find a coffee maker, along with all the necessary cookware, serving dishes, plates, glasses, and silverware to make dining in effortless. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condo, 2 free parking spaces, pool, jacuzzi at the pool, playground, basketball court, tennis/pickleball court, 2 balconies facing the ocean, mountains, lighthouse, and Vieques Island, with a short walk to a 110-acre Punta Tuna Wetlands Nature Reserve—a coastal sanctuary featuring diverse ecosystems, interpretive mangrove trails, a lookout tower, and the historic 1892 lighthouse with wonderful views up and down both sides of the southeast coastline, all leading to a palm-fringed Punta Tuna beach. Other things to note Check in begins at 3pm AST and check-out time is 11am AST. Renting a car is a must when staying at Oceanview Lighthouse Villa. Ubers are not readily available in this area and very limited taxi services. You will want to easily be able to move around to nearby beaches, restaurants, stores, and explore around the island. There are no pets allowed and no smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, a fee will be charged if these rules are violated. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am, please be mindful of the noise out of respect for nearby residents.
