It is the perfect place to relax and getaway, yet still be close enough to modern conveniences. The main level of the home features an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining, and living area, expansive windows and a stunning river rock gas fireplace. It's great for spending time with family and entertaining. If you walk just up the stairs you'll find a nice loft with a small workspace and a game table. Downstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, including a large master suite with a King bed, a bedroom with a Queen bed, and a kids room with 2 sets of bunk beds. Walk a short distance to the top of the road to see expansive views of Lake Tahoe and enjoy miles of trails leading to the Tahoe Rim Trail. Summer guests will enjoy being close to restaurants, beaches, and hiking trails, as well as the bright and cheery interior. Winter guests will enjoy the view of fresh snowfall on the trees through the large windows, parking in the 2 car garage and the quick drive to Homewood, Squaw Valley, and Alpine Meadows ski resorts. Our temperatures stay low in the evening in Lake Tahoe, and fans are available for use. *Minimum Renter Age Requirement: 25 years *Maximum Nighttime Occupancy: 8 adults *Maximum Daytime Occupancy: 12 adults *Occupancy: Nighttime occupancy is defined as 2 people per bedroom, plus 2 additional people, excluding children under 12 years of age. Never to exceed 12 adults in larger homes. Nighttime occupancy limits begin at 9:00 PM. Daytime occupancy is defined as one and a half times the maximum number of occupants allowed to stay overnight at the unit, excluding children under 12. You will have total privacy, but we are available to assist you 24 hours/day if needed. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood. Included in your cleaning fee is a $50 administrative fee and a $59.95 damage waiver that covers up to $1,000 in accidental damages that are reported to us at the time the damage occurred.
