Our apartment is on the second floor of an elegant residence that directly overlooks the "Le Cocole" beach of Santa Tecla, a seaside hamlet in the municipality of Acireale. Here the holiday slows down: you can forget the car, go down to the beach in slippers and enjoy the Sicilian sun in an authentic setting, away from the chaos of the city but equipped with every comfort. Within walking distance you will find where to enjoy the best fresh fish and typical Sicilian cuisine. The space We've thought of everything to make your stay simple and rejuvenating: Living Area with View: The heart of the house, where the light of Sicily enters overwhelmingly from the windows. Our terrace overlooking the sea is the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun. Super-Equipped Kitchen: Whether you want to prepare a quick pasta dish or try your hand at fresh fish bought from the fishermen of the village, you will have everything you need (dishes, kettle, coffee machine and oven). Cozy Bedrooms: Comfortable beds and silence, interrupted only by the gentle splash of the waves, to ensure the best possible rest. Bathroom: With a spacious shower to regenerate after swimming in the sea. Extra Comfort: Air conditioning in all rooms, fast Wi-Fi (if you really have to work, but we recommend watching the sea!) and a washing machine for longer stays. Guest access Our apartment is on the second floor of building A. It is accessed directly through a flight of external stairs. Inside the residence, you can take advantage of a reserved parking space and another in the residence parking lot. Crossing the paths that run along the gardens, you can reach the sea directly. Other things to note The tourist tax that we will ask you for as per municipal regulations amounts to 2 euros per day per night up to a maximum of 5 nights. Children are exempt up to 16 years of age.
