The kitchen island has a beautiful rustic wood finish and seats 4. When dinner is ready to be served the dining table is just steps away & seats 8. If you prefer to dine al fresco there is a large back deck off the great room. Enjoy the gas BBQ & seating for 6. With 5 bedrooms, there is room for the whole family! There are 2 master bedrooms, one on the ground floor & the other upstairs. The downstairs master bath has a single sink & large walk-in shower. The upstairs master bedroom has a gas fireplace, 55’ TV, and an ensuite bathroom that boasts a jetted tub, large walk-in shower & double vanity. The kid’s room & the additional 2 rooms w/ queens share the upstairs &/or downstairs full bathrooms--both have a single sink & shower/tub combo. This home does not have air-conditioning. It can host a maximum of 10 people over the age of 5. This applies 24/7. - You must be 25 years of age or older to book this home. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay. - Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed with pre-approval (no other pets/animals allowed). Bring a crate if you plan to leave the dog unattended, dogs are never allowed on furniture, in or on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture/beds, pet stains, dog droppings that are not picked up, and any damage caused by your dog. - The City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced. - The maximum number of cars allowed at this home is 4 cars - 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. There is no parking on street or unpaved yard. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more. - Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. (See our Rental Agreement for specifics on charges). - Our RnR Advantage Plan is included within the management fee quoted in your booking. This plan protects you against accidental damage up to $1,000. - No bachelor/Bachelorette parties - IMPORTANT: Your reservation requires a completed and signed rental agreement. It will be provided when you book your stay and must be returned within 48 hours.
