Completed in 2018, the 100% Solar Powered Treehouse Escape is the vision of an artist and her handyman husband who have designed all aspects of the space to suit their every Pinterest fantasy. Decorated in modern farmhouse decor, and steps away from fresh eggs from Chateau Le Peep, this urban paradise will provide the perfect relaxing home base for your Colorado adventures. A beautiful pergola covered patio is the perfect place for you to enjoy breakfast and dinner as you watch our chickens free range through the yard in their Chunnel (Chicken Tunnel of Course!). Gas and charcoal grills are available for delicious dinners. I could go on and on about the garden and yard areas (we are huge gardeners) but I had better tell you about the living space too! The Treehouse Escape has a private entrance and is a one bedroom guest house with a queen-size pull out couch in the living room. The gourmet kitchen features Quartz countertops and white shaker style cabinets. The bathroom has a rain shower head for a relaxing, spa-like experience. Double barn doors open to a beautiful bedroom with queen bed . Leave the doors open to watch tv and the LED fireplace from bed or keep them closed for privacy. French balconies in the bedroom and living area open to amazing sunset views. We can't wait for you to stay with us! backyard patio, courtyard, front yard. We live in the main house on the property so you'll probably see us hanging out in the backyard with our dog and small kids (everyone is friendly), working in the garden, or enjoying a meal under the Pergola. Additionally, during the summer we rent our home on airbnb while we travel on our vacations. You might see other quests hanging out in the backyard or coming and going from the main house. We love our outdoor spaces and look forward to sharing them with you! We are happy to provide tips on local attractions and restaurants. Minutes from downtown and red rocks and easy access to highways. We have a rec center across the street so you can still get your workout in while on vacation! We are within walking distance of a light rail station. Uber is easy and inexpensive. We also have plenty of street parking if you have a car! Come prepared to relax and unwind.
