Bed linen and towels are already included in the cleaning costs. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, a flat-screen cable TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, a balcony with a garden view and a balcony facing the quiet street. Bicycles can be parked in the basement. Other things to note You will find the Wi-Fi password in the guest book. Washer and dryer You are welcome to use the washer and dryer in the basement. Please use only the appliances that belong to our accommodation and are clearly marked as such. When you enter the laundry room, you will find our washer and dryer stacked on top of each other on the right-hand wall. Please do not use any other washing machines, dryers or other appliances in the laundry room. These belong to the other residents of the building and are private property. The power sockets for our appliances are usually locked. You will find the matching key attached to your front door key. Please make sure to lock the sockets properly again after use.
