Our place is located at the popular Denver Tech Center area. It is a guest suite adjacent to our main home. It has its own entrance and is located on the main level (not basement). We recently renovated it to make it look modern, chic and cozy. It has a queen size bed and an additional queen size (pullout) sleeper. The kitchen is equipped with a medium size refrigerator, cook top, dishwasher and a convection microwave oven. License #STR-000274-2025 The space Other amenities include a washer/dryer, high speed internet. A beautiful park with a playground and trail is located behind the home for outdoor activities. The guest apartment is also in walking distance to Fiddlers Green Amphitheater, a short drive to Park Meadows Mall with a great shopping and dining experience. Other nearby places of interest include Top Golf, Centennial Airport, Sky Ridge Hospital/Medical Center, and many more shopping/restaurant options. We are also in walking distance of a local brewery and a health food grocery store. The home is in between the Arapahoe RTD light rail station and the Dry Creek Station; 30 minutes on the train will bring you to downtown Denver. Other things to note We now have a thermostat in the unit so you can adjust the temperature.
