Guest access Guests will have complete access to the entire 2BHK Villa, designed for comfort and privacy. The space includes two well-furnished bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen for self-cooking, and a private balcony where you can relax and enjoy the calm mountain views. You will also have access to all shared facilities within the premises. This includes a clean and well-maintained swimming pool, an indoor games room with activities for families and children, and open recreational areas perfect for relaxing, reading, or spending quality time with loved ones. Guests can freely explore the peaceful orchard pathways, ideal for morning walks and nature lovers. Free parking is available on-site for your convenience. Our support team is available to assist you during check-in, throughout your stay, and at check-out, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a homely stay with resort-style amenities, you’ll have everything you need throughout your visit. Other things to note Road Access: The property is comfortably reachable by road, and the drive remains smooth during most seasons. However, during peak winters or heavy rainfall, guests are advised to check weather and road updates before travelling for a hassle-free journey. Please note: The Kotdwar–Lansdowne road remains closed from 9 PM to 4 AM for safety reasons. Plan your travel accordingly. Food & Dining: Fresh, homely meals are available at our in-house restaurant. Room service is provided during designated hours for guest convenience. Extra Guests: If you are planning to bring additional guests, please inform us in advance so we can make proper arrangements. Extra charges may apply as per occupancy rules. Wildlife & Nature: Being close to serene forested areas, guests may occasionally spot birds and harmless wildlife. To avoid attracting animals, kindly do not leave food items in balconies or open spaces. Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, quiet hours are observed after 10 PM. ID Requirement: A valid government-approved ID is mandatory for all adult guests at the time of check-in. Bonfire & DJ Details Common Area Bonfire + DJ: Complimentary for all guests. (This setup is arranged only when we have a minimum of 15 guests to enjoy the party atmosphere.) Private Bonfire possible in Each Villa: Available on a chargeable basis at ₹500 for a 2–3 hour wood setup.
