Beautiful, private estate with awesome views. Residence is adjacent to a wilderness park with hiking, mountain bike riding, and horse trails. Private neighborhood feel yet only 20 miles from airport, La Jolla Shores beach, and Torrey Pines State Reserve. Awesome Mexican and Mediterranean restaurants nearby. Close to Costco and grocery stores. The space Gated home in quiet neighborhood with lots of cool amenities: black bottom pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor room with sun lounge area, outdoor shower, yoga/meditation room with view, bocce ball court, pool table room, and ping pong table. The home has beautiful mediterranean landscaping and a tastefully designed SoCal/Spanish interior. After entering via the home's electric gate you will enter through double doors into a large foyer. There are double spiral staircases leading to the five rooms upstairs. There is a downstairs bedroom as well. Light and bright rooms have private bathrooms. The large master suite has a balcony overlooking the mountains to the east. There are panoramic views from most rooms. A Crema Marfil Italian marble bathroom and shower completes the Master suite. The kitchen has Mascarello granite countertops and is fully equipped. There is a professional espresso machine as well. The living room opens directly into a backyard oasis with palms and bougainvilleas. Great place to soak up the rays in sunny SoCal and get away from it all.
