Look forward to relaxing days in our new apartment in the heart of East Frisia! The property is a new building and was only completed in August 2021. The property leaves nothing to be desired: Enjoy a cup of East Frisian tea in a traditional atmosphere. The North Sea coast as well as the cities of Norden/Norddeich and Aurich can be reached in just 20 minutes by car. Our vacation home offers many possibilities, especially for families. Looking forward to seeing you soon! The space On the ground floor is a combined dining and living room with a spacious kitchen and cooking island. Relaxation can be found on the couch and the large flat-screen TV. Adjacent is also the spacious terrace which is equipped with garden furniture. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower on the first floor. Our utility room leaves nothing to be desired! Here you will find a freezer and a washing machine. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with comfortable box-spring beds. You will also find a second, exclusively equipped bathroom with a rainforest shower and a bathtub. Both bathrooms are equipped with a built-in radio. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, ensuring comfort even on cold days. A carport is available for your vehicles. In the adjacent, heated storage room, for example, bicycles will find a generous parking space. There is also a wallbox (11 kW) for charging electric vehicles. Guest access Feel free to use our free parking spaces for your vehicles. For your stay, there is a private carport, under which two vehicles can be parked. Two more vehicles can be parked on the spacious driveway. Other things to note The grill is optional for an additional charge. The use incl. accessories (without charcoal) costs €25 per stay!
