The space The house is in typical Tuscan stone of the area, very old, built at the end of the 13th century, it has been restored while maintaining the typical features with the ceiling with exposed wooden beams, property of the Selvolini family of Lecchi in Chianti for generations. In March 2026, an inverter air-conditioning/heating system was installed throughout the house, making it very comfortable in all seasons. The main entrance is from the garden, followed by 12 easy steps, and is exclusively for guests, who can move around freely. The house also has a second service entrance with an internal staircase. There are no stairs or internal steps in the apartment, so it is very comfortable and safe for children. Parking is free and within walking distance throughout the country, in the marked spaces and in the public parking lot equipped with electric vehicle charging station a few meters from the property. Guest access The house is independent, the main access from the garden, and then climb 12 comfortable and wide external steps is exclusive for guests who move in complete freedom.
