The location is unbeatable, just one block from Venice and the marina, with easy access to the ocean. This quiet neighborhood is surrounded by multi-million-dollar homes and provides easy access to Abbot Kinney and Venice Beach. Santa Monica is a short 5-minute drive away. Within walking distance, you'll discover the fabulous Scopa Restaurant and Firestone Walker Brewery. At the end of the block, you can access the Marina Del Rey bike trails and park, along with finding dining and drink options like the Ritz Carlton, Cafe Del Rey, Tony P’s, The Warehouse, and more. The other direction on our street leads to the new Firestone Walker Brewery, Beach 26 Cafe, Scopa, and Sunnyspot, as well as rentals for Birds, bikes, and scooters. Bicycles are available for rent nearby on Washington Blvd, and LAX and Santa Monica are just a 10-minute drive away. Venice is a hotspot with galleries, excellent restaurants, and shopping. We have a laundry room too! Other things to note **When you stay over Sunday to Monday, guests, please bring trash cans to curb in front of my house to right of the driveway. Thank you!! And Monday please bring trash cans back in. please DO NOT place bins in front of neighbors driveway! We apologize for any inconvenience but we are no longer able to host guests with their service animals We allow dogs and cats for longer term stays due to LA fires.
