At the end of the block, you can access the Marina Del Rey bike trails and park, along with finding dining and drink options like the Ritz Carlton, Cafe Del Rey, Tony P’s, The Warehouse, and more. The other direction on our street leads to the new Firestone Walker Brewery, Beach 26 Cafe, Scopa, and Sunnyspot, as well as rentals for Birds, bikes, and scooters. Bicycles are available for rent nearby on Washington Blvd, and LAX and Santa Monica are just a 10-minute drive away. Venice is a hotspot with galleries, excellent restaurants, and shopping. And everything you need is within walking distance, or you can rent a BIRD scooter. Quiet peaceful neighborhood for walking everywhere there are 4m plus homes in the neighborhood, and popular bars, restaurants, and shops, our modest house is in the middle of all things Venice and Marina Del Rey. There's also a bike trail, park, and the marina within a block. Award winning restaurants are within 1-3 blocks. Many supermarkets including a Trader Joe’s with a boat dock, Costco, and another market you can walk to. You can take sailing lessons, rent bikes or fish out on fishing boat. There is driveway parking and usually street parking. Buses run along Washington Blvd. **When you stay over Sunday to Monday, guests, please bring trash cans to curb in front of my house to right of the driveway. Thank you!!
