Other things to note Check-in & Check-out – English Check-in: from 3:00 PM Check-out: by 10:00 AM (please observe) To ensure fixed cleaning schedules and punctual check-in for arriving guests, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM. In case of late check-out, a fee of €50 per started hour will be charged. Arrivals outside these times are possible upon prior request. Self Check-in You will receive all self check-in instructions 1–2 days before arrival. Please inform us of your approximate arrival time so we can activate the automatic door opener. The door opener is valid for one-time use only. After check-in, two sets of keys are available: – One key in the key box at the apartment entrance – One additional key inside the apartment on the key hook next to the door Please close the key box immediately after removing the key. Upon departure, both keys must be left inside the apartment on the key hook.
