The space Originally built in 1873, with an extensive remodel and addition completed in early 2000's, this Victorian property is located 2 blocks from historic town center and a stone's throw from Loveland Ski Area. Guest access unfortunately, Georgetown does not allow short term rental guests to use on street parking. We are only allowed to use the 2 parking spaces on our property, the one in garage and the one in driveway. sorry for inconvenience but we have no choice Other things to note there is $50 pet fee for up to 2 pets, $100 for any amount over 2 the kitchen has a garbage compactor, located to right of kitchen sink. Compactor bags are located under sink, please compact trash at least once before changing bags
