The villa consists of: 1 double bedroom; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (or a double); a full bathroom with shower, bidet and hairdryer; a living room-kitchen with 1 sofa bed (1 single + 1 pull-out single); a private kitchen complete with all accessories (microwave, refrigerator and freezer, electric oven, 4-burner gas hob); a covered outdoor veranda with outdoor furniture (table and chairs for 6 people); a private garden of about 150 square meters completely fenced, a two-seater swing, a masonry barbecue and there is also an outdoor shower (ideal for when you return from the sea). In the house you will find air conditioning, a washing machine and an ironing board. In the living room-kitchen there is also a pellet stove for the winter (the pellet is not included). Parking is located on our property.
