Peony is a welcoming apartment located in Nerano, perfectly positioned for those who love the sea and tranquility. Ideal for families or groups of friends, the house offers a peaceful stay away from the crowds, where you can fully enjoy an unforgettable panoramic terrace overlooking the sea. Here, you can admire breathtaking views, dine outdoors at sunset, and relax surrounded by silence and natural beauty. The space The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and includes: -One double bedroom -One twin bedroom (with two single beds) -A cozy living room -A fully equipped kitchen -One full bathroom with shower The interiors are bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged to ensure a relaxing stay. Guest access Peony does not have private parking. You can park in the public municipal areas, marked by blue lines, with two options: a weekly ticket for €40 an hourly rate of €2, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Alternatively, a private parking space is available upon advance reservation at the special rate of €20 per night, including pick-up service. For those who prefer public transportation, the bus company Sita has a stop on the main road, just a 3-minute walk from the house. We recommend using the bus to reach the main destinations and getting around by scooter to avoid parking costs and traffic issues. If you enjoy nightlife and plan to go out in the evening, we suggest moving independently, as evening buses are limited and run less frequently, especially later at night. Other things to note -Key collection: A valid ID must be shown for each guest at check-in, or sent by message prior to arrival. -Tourist tax (April 1 – October 31): €3.00 per person, per night (up to a maximum of 7 nights), to be paid in cash upon arrival.
