We offer you a cozy furnished apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just minutes from the Baltic Sea beach. The house in the heart of Warnemünde was completely renovated in 1996. The space is in the immediate vicinity of the central church square on Poststraße. From here it is a few minutes walk to the Old River, the train station or the beach. Shops, restaurants and cafes can be found very close. Up to 4 people will find plenty of space in our 50 sqm 2-room apartment "Angela" on the 2nd floor of the rear house. The apartment "Angela" was furnished with a lot of love for detail. A couch in the living room can be used as a comfortable double sofa bed if needed. Here, you will find all the amenities, such as TV (cable) and free Wi-Fi. On the large sunny south-facing balcony you can enjoy the tranquility. The bedroom(2nd tv) is equipped with a double bed and a large closet. An open fitted kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, tub and hairdryer. The apartment is carpeted. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers. The initial equipment of the apartment includes a laundry package per person, (included in the invoice end price: Beds. ,hand,dish, showertemplate). A car parking space is available free of charge in the parking garage am Molenfeuer. Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, shopping market, restaurants, post office, bike rental, old electricity etc. all right around the corner.
