We are a block from the Beach & within walking distance from Pier, Oceanside Harbor, Town Center, Restaurants, shops, night life, movie theater and public transport, Lego Land, Beer Hop Alley. Train to attractions in San Diego. Large balcony with ocean views. Our home has a great Kitchen & Comfortable Beds. My home is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). P The space Amazing 2 bedroom vacation condo sitting just steps from the beach! This new unit has a full kitchen with granite counters, furnished in cottage style living. Furnished balcony with barbecue. Lovely art work. This is only 5 years old with no amenities spared, including beautiful hardwood floors throughout and travertine tiled in both bathrooms. There is a 2 car garage. Unit includes washer and dryer. For your fun there are beach chairs, bikes, umbrella and boogie boards! Come escape to luxury on the beach! Great Ocean Views! The beach here is Great...very sandy and perfect for children! During your stay you can surf, swim, boogie board, sunbathe, bicycle or take a romantic walk along the beach and see some beautiful sunsets! These are just a few of the memories that you can take home with you. Take a second and imagine what your beach vacation could be like…. Wake up to the sound of the ocean. Cook a delicious breakfast in your gourmet kitchen with the entire family, wander outside and eat it as you gaze out to the sea. After breakfast, head to the beach (just around the corner from your back door) for a day of sun, surf, play, and most of all relaxation. The beaches in San Diego are nothing short of spectacular, with wide sandy beaches and gorgeous waters year round. After a day at the beach, take a walk to the pier and either watch the surfers, go fishing, or take a sail boat out at the harbor. Once the sun sets, walk to downtown Oceanside (two blocks)to enjoy the night life, or relax by the fireplace and enjoy a glass of wine while you read a book from the well-stocked bookshelf. As far as meals go, there is an endless selection of delicious restaurants and cafes to choose from. But, many choose to cook their meals at the vacation rental. Life doesn’t get much better than having your close friends and family around, enjoying a glass of wine, preparing a scrumptious meal as you watch the sun go down on the horizon of the Pacific Ocean. This vacation rental is a home away from home. You will not feel like you are in a hotel room. Each room has character, and you will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, gourmet kitchen and so much more. There are two folding bicycles that will be fun to ride along the beach. Coaster is walking distance that takes you straight to downtown San Diego. Petco Stadium. Catch a baseball game. Gaslamp District. Seaport Village. San Diego's Harbor. Guest access Bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys, BBQ Grill, please note there are some additional house rules regarding these amenities. Other things to note We have two beach bikes for our guests to use. Please note, if you get a flat while using bikes either get new tube and install yourself or we will charge for the fee of $20 per tire to repair and replace.
