The space This third floor walk-up features a spacious living area with a gas fireplace and a large flat screen TV. The homeowner added new furniture in the Fall of 2017 that offers plenty of comfortable seating. The private balcony can be accessed through the living room and offers beautiful views of the mountains and trees. Enjoy the outdoor seating on your private balcony while you take in the views. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and the dining area comfortably seats six with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of two full bathrooms is just down the hall and features a single sink vanity separated from the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The master bedroom is located upstairs in the spacious loft area and has a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding, a flat screen TV, a spacious seating area and offers scenic views through the picture frame windows. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. Back on the main level, the guest bedroom is down a few stairs. It has a queen-sized bed and a twin-sized bed, both with Ivory White Bedding and a flat screen TV. To restock or purchase any other needed items, we encourage guests to visit the local grocery store or take advantage of a grocery delivery service. We also offer 24/7 customer service with a full staff during the day and emergency on-call support overnight. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and maintenance services, but these are primarily for vacation rentals in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck the right balance as most of our guests are satisfied with their stays.
