This long stretch of sandy beach is popular for watersports such as sailing, windsurfing, paddle-boarding and kayaking. A 20-minute stroll along the beach will lead you to Abersoch village and its wonderful selection of pubs, bars, shops and restaurants. A scenic walk in the other direction, along the Llyn Coastal Path, will take you on to Porth Ceiriad beach - an idyllic location that's great for sunbathing and surfing. Other nearby attractions include the fairground at Funland Pwllheli or Glasfryn Parc near Y Ffôr which has many activities to suit everyone such as go-karting, ten pin bowling, soft play and crazy golf.
