Outside, an expansive deck with a hot tub is the perfect place for enjoying a Truckee sunset. *This home has air conditioning Located just steps away is The Pavilion (available at an extra fee), Old Greenwood's family oasis, that consists of an adult pool, family pool, kiddie splash pool, water slides, hot tub, playground, tennis, volleyball, basketball, games room, fitness center and spa. Old Greenwood truly offers something for everyone - kids and kids at heart! *Access to the amenities at the Pavilion at Old Greenwood is available for an extra fee paid in advance of your arrival. Rental guest fees are $75 per night for up to 12 registered people. ***Please note that if you choose to have access to the Pavilion, the fee will be collected for each night for the duration of your stay. Rental guest fees are $12 per person per night for all registered guests ages 4 years and over. The maximum nightly fee charged is $72 (6 guests).
