The ground floor offers a large great room with plenty of seating and a dining table for six with french doors opening to the deck and River Trail. Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar or enjoy a home-cooked meal prepared in the fully equipped open kitchen. Beautiful views from the upstairs bedrooms will have you at peace during your stay. Enjoy convenience of the in-unit washer and dryer and the close proximity of the Viking Lodge's Hot tub(year round) and Heated Pool (summer only). Viking Lodge 100A is a gem and the perfect place for your family or group! The spacious main living area of the condo features a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances along with a dining table for 6 to 10 guests, and a warm inviting lounge area. A large sectional sofa faces a gas fireplace and a large flat screen TV. There is also an office desk in the corner. Three sets of French doors off the main living area that open out to the 900-square-foot deck, a major highlight of this property. The huge deck wraps around the south and west facing sides of the living room, overlooking the San Miguel river and River Trail. Fire up the new gas grill and relax in the sun - enjoy the views and Telluride's most envied deck space! The king master suite, just off the living area, features a large wardrobe, flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom with a combined shower and tub. This en suite also serves as a bathroom for the main living area -- there's a separate door off the entrance hallway for access. Upstairs, there are two additional guest bedrooms. The first, with a queen sized bed with a flat screen TV and gorgeous west facing views, also has a fantastic, cozy nook with a double bed. The second upstairs bedroom faces east and has 2 twin beds, can be converted to king. Back on the ground level, the 4th bedroom is essentially its own self-contained studio, privately connected to the front section of the condo. This suite is perfect for a couple with a baby who may be getting up in the middle of the night, or for grandparents who might like to enjoy a quiet cup of tea in the morning. This bedroom has a queen bed, plus bunk beds. The bunks can be folded up out of the way if they are not needed, or the bottom bunk can be left folded down to serve as a sofa. It also has a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, cook top, toaster, coffee makers, sink and basic amenities for meals such as plates, bowls and silverware. The suite also has an en suite bathroom with a rain shower. The unit is equipped with all of the essentials such as a DVD player, Sonos, free WIFI, washer/dryer, linens, towels, salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, dish soap, basic cleaning items, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.. We have a salt water hot tub and heated pool(summer only) in the complex, just outside the unit. The grocery store is just a 5 minute walk away.
