On your private, covered terrace, which stretches over 25 m², you are invited to wake up with a fresh cup of coffee in the morning air or spend some long hours under the warm sunshine in utmost privacy. A great park with a playground is located just beside the building and ensures entertainment for guests of all ages. A large supermarket with a fantastic variety of products is just around the corner and since the apartment is located in a popular neighborhood for shops and eateries, an impressive selection of bars, cafes, restaurants and stores are within 500 m (or a 7-minute walk). A bus stop in front of the building can take you directly to the beloved marina Puerto Banús as well as to the main bus station. Furthermore, the romantic promenade along the coastline and the golden sand of the local beach, Playa de la Fontanilla, await your visit just 700 m or a 9-minute walk away. Here you can relax before the glittering sea, enjoy a refreshing ice cream on warm afternoons and stroll along the coast to visit the charming fishing port of Marbella.
