The Master Suite is sophisticated and relaxing, a fine retreat after a busy day of travel and shopping adventures. Sink into the comfortable King-Size Bed furnished with luxurious linens. En Suite Bathroom is complete with Dual Sinks and Walk-in Shower! Princess and Pirate Costumes! Alice in Wonderland theme is featured in Bedroom #2 with a Queen Bed, lots of windows and 'Wonderland' accessories. Fit for a Queen, Bedroom #3 offers another Queen Bed and accents of orange, pink, white and a décor which invites visions of Disney's 'Small World.' For the adventurer in all of us, Bedroom #4 reminds us of Peter Pan flying through the sky to discover the land of stars. Other things to note According to Anaheim City STR Ordinance, guests are to sign and complete a Reservation Agreement and include guest list. The Reservation Agreement will be sent in a separate email after the Reservation is accepted. Reservation Agreement includes check-in and check-out times, check-out list and other helpful information to make your visit enjoyable. Reservation is not confirmed until Reservation Agreement and Addendum is completed, reviewed and approved. Parking for 2 cars in the driveway. No additional street parking is allowed, citation and fine will be issued. Quiet Hours are between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. Guests may not be outside in the pool, spa, BBQ, front or rear yards or game room between these hours. Loud music or noise is not allowed outside at any time, and not allowed inside during quiet hours inside. Violation of this rule may result in a fine and citation and immediate eviction of the home. No refund of rent or fees will be given. Maximum Occupancy is 10, maximum 6 adults. No additional people (of any age) are allowed at the house at any time for any reason or for any period of time. Adults are not allowed to sleep on the top level of bunk beds. Minimum age 25 NO SMOKING is allowed inside the home or outside at any time. No tobacco, no vaping and no marijuana or other drugs is ever allowed. Any evidence of smoking, marijuana or drug use will result in an automatic $500 fine and loss of security deposit. We reserve the right to decline requests leaving a 2 night gap in the calendar. Pool heating/hot tub heating is additional $40 per day + 15% Anaheim Tax.
