The space The apartment is nice and compact, comfortable space for one. Neighbours are quiet. There is no street noise and parking is right in front of the building. The apartment has one single bed, small seating area, a kitchen to prepare a meal and a private bathroom (toilet and shower). Kitchen is equipped with all essentials for preparing and enjoying a nice home-cooked meal. We provide oil, sugar, salt, pepper and all basic dishes&cutlery. Bathroom is equipped with essentials (shampoo&shower gel, towels, toilet paper). There are hooks and hangers right next to the door to put away coats and jackets. Guests are free to use the washing-machine/dryer which located right opposite to the main entrance. Clothes drying rack, ironing board, iron and hairdryer are stored in a box in the downstairs storage space (shared). For breakfast we offer coffee&cream and a selection of teas. EV-charging costs 10€ per charging! Guest access Guest will have an entire small apartment to themselves. Also access to the first floor shared washing machine/dryer, amenities storage and storage room for luggage (lockable). Other things to note The apartment is located on third floor (three flights of narrow stairs).
