You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the views, the location, the ambiance and the A/C! I welcome all visitors, including dogs (for a fee), providing they are groomed before arrival and not left alone for long stints alone at home. DP Permit # STR16-0544. (Always ask to see the permit number!) The space The home is the closest permitted vacation rental to the beach/harbor within this price range. It is a beautiful mid-century modern bungalow (about 900 sq. ft) that has just been renovated with all new furniture, interior paint, etc. and has a new foam roof with great insulation, motorized awning, laminate wood floors throughout, quartz countertops, marble dining table, Elfa closets, and travertine bathroom. It is super clean and the third room looks out onto a lush garden. I have recently added AC which is available for a fee, and dogs are also welcome for a fee. The property is fronted with floor to ceiling windows, a wonderful balcony and a huge garage. The bungalow is located at the quiet residential end of La Cresta (near St. Edwards Church) in the rejuvenated Lantern Village - surrounded by single family homes rather than multifamily rental units. As such, in order to maintain the right to offer vacation rentals in Dana Point, it is vitally important that my guests respect the super quiet nature of the neighborhood. No street parking; parking must be on driveway or in garage. Partying or gatherings of guests and smoking at this property will not be permitted. Notes from guests: "Everything was amazing.
