Guest access Pearl’s at Jeeva Santai Open daily 07am - 11pm Our newest dining outlet, Pearl’s at Santai, is named in honor of Pearl, who opened the first hotel in Mangsit at Santai over 30 years ago. Pearl’s love of Lombok is reflected in every aspect of Jeeva Santai. Pearl’s at Santai is a relaxed open-air restaurant and the center of daily life at Jeeva Santai. With the Library and Sunset Terrace, Pearl’s overlooks the swimming pool, the beach and the ocean beyond. Pearl’s open air style and casual dining attitude capture the best of Indonesia’s welcoming culture. Expect an emphasis on fresh, local seafood, Western and Indonesian specialties as you gaze at panoramic ocean views from our rooftop deck. Santai guests may also order Pearl’s cuisine to their private poolside pavilions or suites for the comfort of in-room dining. Spa & Massage Spa hours are from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm daily (last order at 9:00 pm). We offer 30% reduction on all treatments (excluding Signature Rituals) during our daily Happy Hour from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. As a special evening luxury, we extend each treatment by 15 minutes between 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Can be in the massage or visit to our nearest Jeeva Resort's spa. The Pool and Beach Platforms The main 25 meter pool at Jeeva Santai is located next to Pearl’s with uninterrupted views of Mangsit Beach and the Indian Ocean. With only 14 villas and suites, there is always space and privacy around the pool area. Soak up the sun on the timber deck, pass the day on one of the three beach platforms, lounge on the white sand beach or take a dip in the pool, it’s all there for you. The Living Room Concierge Service is available 24 hours in the Living Room reception area. Your Resort Hosts are on standby in the Living Room where you’ll find assistance from designing custom-tailored day plans, to arranging flights, cars and departures. Or just simply stop by for a chat about your holiday experience. Your Resort Hosts are dedicated to ensuring that your stay at Jeeva Santai is filled with happy memories. The Library at Pearl’s A casual open air library and lounging space where you can sit and relax over a cup of coffee and enjoy a dessert or some tapas. The library is stocked with a wide selection of books in various languages. Guests are free to enjoy the books in the library, at the sunset terrace or in your villa or suite. The library has full service for food and drinks and is the perfect place to enjoy an after dinner drink in the evening. Private Dinners Jeeva Santai is a small resort. With only 14 rooms and villas, your resort host is happy to arrange a private dinner wherever you like at the resort. Many of the villas and suites have dining tables which can be set set up for meals either in your villa or in your private garden. Private dinners can also be arranged on the Sunset Terrace at Pearl’s, by the main pool or on the poolside white sand beach. The staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality. An experienced and knowledgeable staff is responsible for the overall operation and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday. Butlers are on hand every day to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay. Meal Services The breakfast service can request starting from at 7am. If requested, our staff also will more than happy to serve you same light food for your lunch or dinner, serve up to 11pm. Transport Services The Lombok International airport is located in central Lombok. The drive from the airport to Jeeva Santai Villas takes about 1.5 - 2 hours depending on traffic. We can arrange a pick-up or drop-off services for our guest, the one way airport transfer will be charged at IDR500K net per car/way. We also can arrange a pick-up or drop-off services from/to Bali boat docks (fast boat harbors) Teluk Kodek or Teluk Nara which is approximately 30 minutes away from Jeeva Santai at IDR250K net per car per trip. Bangsal harbor (public boat harbor), approximately takes 35 minutes away from the resort, at costs IDR300K net per car/per trip or from Senggigi harbor, which is approximately 15 minutes away from resort at IDR100K net per car/trip. Your driver will be in the arrivals/departure waiting area holding a Jeeva Signboard.
