There is also an outdoor dining area on the main terrace with view. It has two A/C, mosquito screens, a fireplace in the living room, smart tv with Netflix. The space The seaside apartment is part of a small residential complex “GoldenViewVillas” with private parking, a nice surrounding area with flowers, trees and a basketball court in Gouri Kouki area of Sounio (Kato Sounio). Crossing the pine forest you can reach just in 1.5 minutes on foot a wonderful sandy beach (150 m). Nearby there are small scattered bays and at 300 m distance there is a smaller but beautiful beach. Within a few minutes' walk there is a lovely bakery of Santorini and many taverns. There are also hiking roads with great views of the Aegean Sea. Guest access The property is half an hour (35 km) from Athens International Airport, just one hour drive (60 km) from the Acropolis and the center of Athens for easy exploration, 4 km from the Temple of Poseidon, 3 km from Lavrio where you can find a supermarket, fish market with fresh fish, pharmacies, health center, many taverns, ouzo, open-air cinema, bars and cafes but also a port of access to many Greek islands. There is bus stop in two-minutes walking distance with frequent itineraries to the Poseidon Temple, Athens and Lavrio.
