My house, with a capacity for up to 5 people, is located in the Historic Center of Cuenca, less than a minute's walk from the Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral, and three from the Museum of Abstract Art and the Hanging Houses. It is a quiet house with excellent views from the living room to Plaza de San Nicolás and Hoz del Júcar. It has central heating and an elevator, 80 square meters and is very cozy. There is 600 Mb symmetrical Wi-Fi, suitable for teleworking. The space The house is set up with great affection and thinking about the comfort and well-being of travelers. From the living room window you can see the surroundings of the Hoz del Júcar and "Los ojos de la mora" a beautiful place. The two levels of the house give it a cozy feel. There are two parking lots nearby. One, 2 - 3 minutes from the house, covered and paid (20.5 Euros/day) which, with the discount for being in Casa San Nicolás, stays at 17 Euros/day. Another, 8 - 9 minutes away, uncovered and free. Personally, I always recommend the second one, it is very spacious and safe. Guest access The living room, the bedroom, the kitchen, and the bathroom.
