My house is located in the heart of the Historic District of Cuenca, less than a minute's walk from the Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral, and three minutes from the Museum of Abstract Art and the Hanging Houses. It is a quiet house with excellent views from the living room of Plaza de San Nicolás and the Hoz del Júcar. It has central heating and an elevator, is 90 square meters, and is very cozy. There is 600 Mbps symmetrical Wi-Fi, suitable for working remotely. The space The house is set up with great affection and thinking about the comfort and well-being of travelers. From the living room window you can see the surroundings of the Hoz del Júcar and "Los ojos de la mora" a beautiful place. The two levels of the house give it a cozy feel. There are two parking lots nearby. One, 2 - 3 minutes from the house, covered and paid (20.5 Euros/day) which, with the discount for being in Casa San Nicolás, stays at 17 Euros/day.
