This small but stylish apartment of 32sqm is situated in one of the oldest historical buildings of Kotor in the very heart of the old town. It is very noisy at night as situated over a bar with loud music till 1am during summer. There is triple glazing on the windows, thick wooden shutters on the exterior and air-conditioning to help alleviate the noise levels but you need to understand that some guests find it too disruptive - others love it! Just few yards away is the church of Holy Spirit and the church of Sveti Luka. Situated on the first floor and stylishly renovated with gorgeous views of the old town and fortress you will quickly absorb the lively and cheerful atmosphere of this UNESCO World Heritage site. Just a 10 min walk to the local beaches and a short drive to the sandy beaches of Jaz, Blue Horizon and others. The apartment has a very charming and romantic feel with a particular unique character. Other things to note The studio is fully air conditioned and consists of living area with a wooden floor and the characteristic stony walls, hanging space for clothes, storage space and cupboards, overhead shelf in kitchen for suitcase storage if needed. There is a queen size bed, shelves and baskets for extra clothing storage, full length mirror and side lamps and plenty of power points for chargers etc. There is a stone bench top in kitchen with 2 bar stools. and there is a small table and 2 comfortable chairs in the living room. 2 large triple glazed Venetian windows with views to the old town and fortress with extra hard wooden covers. There is a fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, stone board and stone floor, under and over fitted cupboards with beautiful stony arches. The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, utensils, toaster oven, kettle and coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower with newly fitted hot water system, and a wall cabinet with some storage and overhead light. Included is free Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, Air-conditioning, iron, hair dryer and bathroom towels. Property is cleaned prior to the arrival of guests. Cleaning provided weekly at guests' request. Please, do not use the bathroom towels for the beach. The studio is located on the first floor up several stony stairs, no lift needed. Prices are for the property per week/per day in Euros and include fresh linen and towels at start of stay. The entrance to the apartment is from a small secluded street with a small court yard, steps away from the main square and all cafe bars and restaurants. No cars are allowed in the old town but there is plenty of parking space near the main and the north gate.
