Once it’s time to retire for the evening you’ll have 4 bedrooms to choose from. Upstairs are two generous master suites each with an ensuite bathroom. One even has access to the upstairs deck. Both ensuite bathrooms boast custom travertine tile, granite slab counters, updated mountain-rustic fixtures. One has a walk-in shower and the other a shower/tub combo. Located upstairs, bedroom three is perfect for the kids, with a full-over-full bunk bed and a single day bed and two single trundles. On the ground level is bedroom four with full bed and access to the downstairs full bath with single sink and shower/tub combo. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed 50 lbs or under w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s). This home has no air conditioning. There will be a closet locked off for owner use, but otherwise all else is free to use. Other things to note DO NOT BOOK THIS HOME WITHOUT READING AND AGREEING TO THE HOUSE RULES: - The maximum number of people allowed in the home is as follows: 10 with 2+ children under 5, or 8 if all are over the age of 5 years old. Applies 24/7 during your stay. - You must be 25 years of age or older to book this home. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay. - Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. (See our Rental Agreement for specifics on charges). - The City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced. - The maximum number of cars allowed at this home is 2 both in the driveway. There is no parking on street. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more. - Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed with pre-approval (no other animals are allowed in the home ever).
