You will have two private guest rooms on the second floor, along with your own private full bathroom with a shower. The rest of the home is shared with the hosts. Please read the full listing and house rules before booking to make sure a shared-home stay is a good fit for you. The space Our home is one of the few historical homes in Oregon. It sits in 4 acres with a pond. Though we are just minutes away from shopping and restaurants, the property itself feels a bit more like country living. 🌳 5-minute drive to Pearson Park 🏙️ 13-minute drive to downtown Toledo 🛒 4-minute drive to Kroger & Walmart 📚 7-minute walk to the library 🌊 12-minute drive to Maumee Bay State Park Guest access Guests have access to the private second-floor bedrooms and bathroom, as well as the shared common areas of the home. You are welcome to enjoy the front deck and pond during your stay. Shared spaced include the dining room, kitchen, and living room. During your stay We live in the home and will be here during your stay. We enjoy socializing with guests when we can, but we’re also happy to give you space and privacy if you prefer. Other things to note We have a Yorkie named Gemma. She is extremely social and very friendly. We do keep her contained to the mudroom while we are away from home. We do not provide washer/dryer access to guests. However, there is a clean and convenient laundry mat less than 5 minutes away.
