The open-space kitchen is fully equipped (includes washing machine and dishwasher) and the living room has a sofa bed if needed. It has free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The property has a large outdoor area, which includes a barbecue and leisure spaces in front of the pool and sun loungers to relax in the sun. This house is equipped with a sound system, which allows you to listen to music/radio indoors, but also while in the pool. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, pool and barbecue. Part of the garden is private. However, the house and rooms will be prepared according to the number of guests. Other things to note Casa Maravilha is in a very quiet area and offers great privacy, being possible to park the car inside the property. You can find beaches, several restaurants, small supermarkets, bakeries and companies with sports and leisure activities within walking distance (5 minutes), as well as bus stops. The pool has an optional heating system and costs €160 per week at 24º C, paid in cash and on arrival. An extra supplement of €50 per week applies for each additional degree up to a maximum of 26ºC. Pool heating must be requested before arrival. If requested after arrival, the applicable charge will be for one full week.
