Amazing group destination! Enjoy 11 beds across 6 bedrooms and two lofts, and the huge living room with a bar and 29' foot ceilings makes for a fun hub of social activity. House has 75" TV, surround sound, keggerator, games, 2 gas fireplaces, blazingly fast 400mbps Internet and free EV charging. The backyard is spectacular. Hundreds of string lights allow you to savor Tahoe evenings with a 7-person hot tub, fire pit, 2 heated lounge chairs, huge Weber BBQ, bocce court and outdoor dining set. The space The Lodge has a unique bedroom setup that maximizes privacy and sleeping capacity. There are six bedrooms, and two of those six bedrooms have lofted sleeping spaces with extra beds within them. Each of the loft/master bedrooms has 16k BTU ductless air conditioning units, as it can get a bit hot in the lofts in the summer. One of the bedrooms is accessed by walking through the master bedroom, past the bathroom, to the sixth bedroom. The kitchen/bar area features two ovens, quartz countertops and five-burner Viking cooktop, wine fridge, beer fridge and a keggerator + tap. In the kitchen, you'll most everything you'll need to cook with (pots and pans, blender, sharp cooking knives, a crockpot and tons of utensils). The main highlight, meanwhile, is the living room and backyard. The backyard is both fenced in and enormous (12,000 square feet lot), so it's great for both kids and dogs. The backyard features a large wood deck, 9-person hot tub, gas-powered fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs and 2 heated lounge chairs, huge 7-burner Weber BBQ (propane included), hammock, outdoor dining table with 5 chairs + bench, bocce court, and cornhole set (bag toss game). Staying out there late? The whole backyard is beautifully lit by 4 sets of string lights hung across the yard. And the living room has tons of space, with a gas fireplace and 70" TV, Apple TV with Youtube TV (offers sports + cable channels like ABC, NBC, etc.) and expansive surround sound system, which can also be used for music. Internet speeds are lightning fast — with 500mbps Internet service, and a Google Wifi mesh network that provides great coverage throughout the home. My wife and I have spent many months of our lives staying at the Lodge, and during that time we've meticulously noted anything that could be improved, and improved it. From helpful labels on the kitchen cabinets and light switches, to outlets at every bedside, to hanging racks for bathing suits in each shower — we've made this home an incredibly easy and welcoming place to visit. Guest access All household items are included. Towels, sheets, blankets/pillows, shampoo, soap, conditioner, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and paper towels are all provided. Other things to note Our default check in time is 5pm and check out is 10am. We'll let you arrive an hour early or stay an hour late, at no cost, subject to availability (no promises, especially during peak season). Additional hours cost $84/hr, including tax. My max capacity is 14 people (and yes, children/babies are people too!). Please don't ask if I can accommodate more than 14 — I can't, and it's illegal here. No weddings/events either.
