Easy access to downtown Port Perry. Quiet, modern neighbourhood. The space This cozy Guest Room with a queen bed is at the top of the staircase -easy to find. You have two rooms - your bedroom and a private bathroom right next door. If you booked for additional guests above 2, (not always available)you will have access to the second bedroom across the hall with two more full beds. There is a common Coffee Area, outside your rooms, equipped with table and chairs, dishes, cutlery, wine glasses, mini-fridge(yours is private for you), microwave, & toaster oven. Balcony is off the Coffee Area. Sitting area also adjacent to the Coffee area. The Guest Room is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker-coffee, teas & hot chocolate. 5 minute drive to the waterfront & historic downtown Port Perry with bistros, brewery, coffee shops and unique stores. 20 minute walk to the same. There is public transportation at the corner. Parking is free and plentiful in Port Perry. Guest access Guests have shared use of the Coffee/Sitting Area and adjacent balcony just outside their rooms on the same level. Shared Garden access at the side gate. A hot breakfast is usually served in our main floor Dining Room. During your stay We enjoy getting to know our guests, however we do appreciate that some guests like their privacy! Other things to note We have a small hypoallergenic dog -Teddy, an Aussiedoodle. Please note that discounted weekly/short term stays do not include breakfast.
