The ideal spot to relax, while listening to music and warming up on the terrace with a good glass of wine or even a hot chocolate, in the heat of a fire pit while swaying to the sound of the birds watching the sunset and waiting for the fog to begin to flood the entire horizon during the twilight The space Unwind at this stunning little Cottage in the hills of Zarcero, Costa Rica, built in concrete with high ceilings hand-wrapped of rustic wood, planted years ago by grandfather "Bando". A stunning brick wall adds elegance and presence to a cozy living room while you can open or close the balcony doors at your convenience. The first room has a Queen bed, and the second has a bunkbed with a full bed and a Twin bed. Both rooms with their smart tv ( Netflix / Youtube, etc ) and blackout blinds all equipped. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a 24" vitro kitchen range, fridge, small appliances, utensils , kitchen cookware for those who spend time in this area also. Savor a family movie night on the 32" flat screens TV/Chromecast in both bedrooms , or just chill outside in the terrace around the warmth of the gas firetable (( FirePit has an additional cost of $15 per stay )) The place has a large terrace that offers a special space for reading or working remotely. Guest access Moving around is easy. You can take a local cab or get your car into town which is about 1.25 Miles away from Zarcero Town, where you can buy groceries and more. We have a private parking spot. Other things to note The place is algo suitable for home working! It has 75 Mgs of Wifi Internet and a large breakfast table for place your laptop with a spectacular sight to the mountains! It also has Smart Tvs in both bedrooms, each of them with a chromecast so you can cast your favorite streaming apps. 💧 Important Note about Water Supply Our property is located about 400 meters lower in altitude than the center of Zarcero, where the main water pipes are connected. On rare occasions throughout the year, the main pipe may suffer damage, and the water service can be temporarily affected. To ensure your comfort, we have a 2,500-liter reserve tank on the property, which helps us manage these situations as smoothly as possible. During such times, we kindly ask guests to use water responsibly and only for essential needs, so it lasts until the regular service is restored. While we have clear quiet-hours rules and ask all guests to respect them, please note that this cabin is part of a living community surrounded by nature. You may occasionally hear sounds from neighboring properties, local community activities, nearby animals (such as roosters, dogs, or cows), or natural sounds typical of the rural environment—especially early in the morning or around sunset. We do our best to provide a peaceful and comfortable stay; however, some of these factors are beyond our direct control.
