We values all travellers by ensure a Clean, Affordable & Warm place to enjoy! This is a great place to stay! We Host Group Up to 8-16 Guests! It is a warm, clean, sunny and spacious Ground Floor house. The perfect city base. It is located at Dunedin South so you could stay in a relaxed neighbourhood, and it is just a short walk to famous Saint Clair beaches, and just a short drive to the would class University and the Otago Peninsula. There are cafes, restaurants, shops, and bars nearby. The space You make booking to our Private Two Bedrooms apartment! The first thing is the house split into two levels, all your activities would be conducted on the Ground Floor, the Ground Floor has Heaps of SPACE!!!! Ground Floor is a Private Two Bedrooms Apartment, could host up to 8 guests and beds will be set up accordingly to host standard! You will really be able to spread out! Warm sunshine pours in through the big windows. It has everything you need for a fun, comfortable and easy stay. The whole ground floor has been in excellent conditions, walk to the farmers’ market and make yourself a gourmet meal in the large fully equipped kitchen. A tiny well equipped laundry room, shower room with high water pressure for all guests to enjoy and a separate toilet. A full kitchen with a rice cooker, microwave, fridge, oven, gas cooktop, big pots, saucepans, frying pans, utensils. A full laundry with washing machine, soap powder, iron, and ironing board. After dinner, settle down in the lounge with great heating, a big TV, or a selection of games, and books. Master bedroom has a Double bed, with built-in wardrobe. Guest Bedroom has a King single bed with a pop up single bed, also with a built-in wardrobe. There is a selection of pillows, including contour pillows, to choose from. On Ground Floor we could host up to 8 Guests per stay, the great thing about Big & Bright in St Clair we have extra room and space on the first floor to accommodate a group up to 16 guests. For groups consists of 8-16 guests, Bedroom 3, Bedroom 4 and Bedroom 5 are available with extra cost (250$ cleaning fees), it consists of 2 x King Single bed, all bedrooms have a private entrance from the balcony and internal access to ground floor level. For more information and booking on Bedroom 3, 4 & 5 please contact the host directly prior making a booking! My family & I live on site, if you have any issues please speak with us! A sliding door will be shut and lock at the top of the internal staircase. Guest access You will have the entire ground floor and don't have to share with anyone else, it has a smart lock entrance, all guests would receive a door code upon your arrival. whether or not to have interaction with the hosts is guests choice, I would love to show you all the Amazing spots and places that make up our awesome Dunedin city. Other things to note If you have more than 8 people, I could accommodate by having 3 extra rooms available with extra cost on the first floor for you guests to enjoy. The apartment has Gigabit speed internet (1 Gbps).
