This charming and newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment is in the center of Nice, 3 minutes from the Promenade, perfect for a stroll along the seafront and watersports. The apartment is newly renovated with lots of style and splashes of colour. It features double-glazed floor-to-ceiling French doors revealing an enchanting garden view and allow plenty of light into the rooms. It is my little piece of heaven and tranquility and I hope you will feel the same way. The space The apartment is in a well renovated period building, right opposite of a little park. The convinient location will allow you to make the most of your time in Nice, situated next to the Rue de France with its restaurants, bars, shops and cafes. It's by the pedestrianized zone, just a short walk to the Promenade, the old town, the train station, bus stops and the tram. The transport system is excellent and not expensive. You can go anywhere in town and along the coast at very little cost without a car, saving yourself the hustle and extra costs for car rental and car parks. It also reduced the stress to avoid the traffic jams of the Peak travel season. The spacious living and dining room has a well-equipped open kitchen, TV, Wi-fi and Bose soundbar for you to connect your own devices and stream music or movies. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds, comfortable mattresses, duvets, good quality linens and 2 pillows per person. Bedrooms are far enough from the road so that nights are quiet and you can get a good sleep. Guest access We like you to enjoy your time in our home, Roses & Ivy and all areas are for your personal use during your stay. If you should arrive on a late flight, please ask for late check in against a 30€ fee, payable directly in cash to the host. Other things to note If you have children above the age of 10 we are happy to have them as well and we regret not being equipped for younger children.
