Other things to note You will relax in a charming low mountain landscape in Allenbach, about 500 meters above sea level. Only 6 kilometers away is the Erbeskopf, which at 816 meters above sea level forms the gateway to the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park and offers a breathtaking view. The summer toboggan run, the adventure playground and the high ropes course are known far beyond the region. The facility has also made a name for itself as a winter sports center. Just 15 kilometers away is the world-famous gemstone metropolis Idar-Oberstein. The entire region is characterized by the design and processing of gemstones. You can also visit a gemstone grinding shop with us. In addition, there are other sights to discover in the village, such as the castle built in 1528, the historic mill and the historic forge. Since the wine regions Nahe and Mosel are only about 25 kilometers away, it is also worth a visit there. An absolute must is the visit to the Roman city of Trier, the oldest city in Germany, which is about 45 minutes away. Upon entering the house, you enter a large hall with a wardrobe that provides access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, staircase, guest toilet and utility room with washing machine. The living room, together with the dining room, is about 45 square meters and has a fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, a cozy upholstered seating area and a large dining table. From the living room you can access two outdoor terraces that invite you to linger in fine weather. The kitchen is equipped with a pantry, stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. A dining table is also available. From the kitchen you can step out into the outdoor area at the gable with small ponds for ornamental fish and a covered barbecue. Upstairs are two bedrooms with double beds and a youth room with a closet bed for two children. When the beds are folded up, an open area is created that is great for playing. If necessary and on request, this room can also be equipped with two beds for adults. From the two bedrooms you have access to a balcony that offers a great view over Allenbach and the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park.
