Charming large home, (2700 sq. ft.) tucked away in a safe and friendly residential area, with MANY perks nearby! 2 exits away from airport, 5 minutes to Providence and J. Percy Priest Dam, 15 minutes to Downtown, 15 minutes to Opry Mills, and many more attractions close to explore. Cozy, earthy, fall, warm colors overall in the home. Temp of home stays cool. No pets/animals allowed. Smoke, vape, drug and illegal substance free home. No weapons allowed on premises or inside home for any reason. The space We live in our lovely home, occupying the master bedroom and you just might see us! We are a young, early 30's couple focused on our careers. We have everything you could possibly need, so don't hesitate to ask! We are very friendly and enjoy sharing our space with professionals traveling for business! Our adorable English Bulldog, Gus Gus, is a growing IG sensation! As of today, he has nearly 20k followers! Don't worry, he resides in our garage only & is well loved/cared for from there! @ggthebulldog would love to have you take a look and follow him online! Our friendly outdoor cat, Jacques, also known as "Mr. Rodger's" in our neighborhood, is also a growing IG sensation; @jacquesthekitty. Both pets are NOT allowed inside the home and often travel with us. We have 3 private bedrooms listed to rent out. —OR— you’re able to rent the entire home; which includes those 3 rooms. We always notify current guests of any new reservations, as we receive them. The common areas are shared and we haven’t had any issues with that. All guests have been wonderful who have chosen to stay with us! There is a monthly cleaning fee per room of $150. —OR— a monthly cleaning fee of $300, for entire home rental. We pay professional cleaners a fair wage. Cleaners come approximately every 3 weeks. Guests are responsible to launder their own linens and towels provided. Again—we will notify any current guest of anyone who will be in the home. Please note that our rates are listed at their lowest for us to maintain and upkeep our beautiful home, —AND— prices are charged per night, per person. Additional guest(s) mean additional cost. Message us for any additional questions you may have before booking to make sure this is a good fit for your needs of a place to stay. Guest access Please make yourself at home. There is coffee, tea available and a filtered water pitcher in the refrigerator in the kitchen. You are welcome to use our bathroom toiletries: soap, shampoo, toothpaste, cotton balls, Q-tips, etc. The TV is upstairs and is really easy to operate/use. (Do NOT make any purchases on TV/Hulu/Netflix/Cable) WiFi password will be provided. Shared Spaces: Kitchen, Dining Room, Both Living Rooms, Half Bathroom, TV/Media Room, Laundry Room, Patio, Front Porch, and Back Yard. (***Garage, Master Bedroom and Front Office are all private and NOT for guest use*** Kindly respect our privacy and keep out of these areas.) House temperature is set to 68 degrees F, year round, whether heat or AC is required. Kindly DO NOT TOUCH either thermostats. Should you require additional heat or cool air for your stay, you will find heaters, fans and additional blankets in each closet of each room. Be sure to keep doors closed when using additional air sources, AND turn heater/fans (and any lights) OFF while you are not occupying the house. Doing so helps us keep our costs for guests affordable! Thank you! During your stay Each person's stay may be different. Sometimes we will both be gone, working late, out of town, and other times we will be in the home, accessible. It really varies and depends on what we have scheduled. We are open to getting to know you and interacting, if we are around. And if we are around and you prefer to be left alone, that's fine by us too! Don't hesitate to let us know your preference! Our home is a perfect set up for the traveling business professional. Additional note: Prices per night are charged PER PERSON. (NOT per room.) Select accurate number of guests for entire duration of stay. Should additional guests arrive, additional payment IS required. Other things to note Please keep shared spaces tidy! That means leave shared spaces the way you found them. Leave used towels in hampers in room before departure. Put used kitchen items in dishwasher after use, when dishwasher is empty. Refill water pitcher in refrigerator from faucet after use. Trash cans are provided in each room. Garbage pickup is early Monday mornings. Closets will have: extra blankets, pillows, fans, heaters, hanging/storage space, hangers. Toiletries: Bath towels will be laid on your bed, bathroom/shower will have basics. Kitchen: Coffee/Tea in Keurig, also an espresso machine available, pots/pans/dishes/glasses/silverware available for use, feel free to use the fridge, dishwasher, stove. When booking for a lengthy stay, you are required to wash your own sheets (if desired). You are responsible to wash/launder your own towels. We ask you are mindful of water usage. We tend to wash our own personal towels after every 5 or so uses. Quiet hours: 9pm-8am, daily. Please be respectful of observing and mindful of others sleeping/resting in property during this time frame.
