6 Bedrooms leaves EVERYONE with space. Why try to fit 13 people into a 4 bedroom house? Corporate rentals welcome. So much space to easily sleep 13 people, but this house still feels cozy and warm. The single story house has 6 bedrooms, two refrigerators, and is an ADA accessible bathroom/home. NO better place, less expensive alternative, to multiple hotel rooms. 5 min to grocery store, 20 min to Downtown, 10 min to Sea World. The space Cypressgreen Haus is a 6 BEDROOM single story property that can easily accommodate up to 13 guests. Everyone gets an actual bed in a bedroom! If you are a large group looking for a budget friendly alternative to the cost and separation of renting multiple hotel rooms, Cypressgreen Haus is for you. It’s also a great solution for corporate rentals and traveling workgroups. Our home was renovated from top to bottom in 2017, with tile throughout (great for those with allergies). Six bedrooms can easily accommodate up to 13 guests with four queen beds and five single beds. Enjoy some family time in the living area complete with a DVD, games, current magazines, and cable. Some of the individual rooms have their own TVs for privacy. 2022 recent updates include new kitchen cabinets and appliances, new comforters, and new washer dryer installed. Each room is tastefully decorated with tons of pillows and linens. Comfortable spring mattresses provide a comfortable sleep with support. You have access to a large bathroom that is also handicap accessible shower, a secondary hall bathroom with a shower, and one of the single rooms has its own half bath. This is a single story, ADA compliant home with safety bars in the baths and no steps. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and utensils to cook dinner. A Keurig and traditional coffee maker, coffee, Splenda and sugar supplied. Our pricing includes accommodations for up to 13 (no additional per guest charges), coffee/splenda/sugar, cable TV with DVD, and games, books, and puzzles to entertain. We have a few unique features that might be of interest. For your safety, we have a commercial grade sprinkler system tied directly to the fire station. We also have a handicap accessible bathroom with rollin shower. There are Exit signs located on the front and back interior doors. For those here on a work project, this is the perfect place (see our reviews for work groups who have stayed with us). There is a private office for privacy located just off the kitchen. While children are welcome, we are not a “kid friendly” home. There are no children’s beds, the kitchen and sockets are not kid proofed, etc. Please bring anything you need for children. Visit outside under our covered pavilion. Chairs and table for 5. We have exterior cameras on the property, located by the front door and the back door. Our goal is to provide the best house, at a reasonable price, for a large family to enjoy. You’ll receive your own code to access the house the week of your stay. There is a park and duckpond a few blocks away. Other things to note There are 2 parking spaces for the house, but plenty of street parking. Our neighbor does occasionally park in front of our house. No parties, and please be considerate of our neighbors and limit noise during the evening hours. No smoking and no pets. As good hosts, we abide by all City of San Antonio regulations. This means we collect and pay our City of San Antonio Hotel Taxes. Once you book your reservation with us, you will receive a request for payment for taxes from the Airbnb Resolution Center for the remaining 10.75% we are required to collect (Hotel Taxes are 16.75% and Airbnb collects 6% already).
